Deposits & cancellations

Understand your written order before making a payment.

Updated 7 September 2026

Before you pay

A website enquiry is not an order. This website does not take payments. Your dealer must confirm the seller, vehicle specification, agreed total, deposit amount, payment schedule and delivery or collection arrangements in writing. Check the payment instructions directly with your dealer and keep your quotation, signed order and receipt.

Our deposit policy

Deposits are non-refundable when a customer cancels an agreed order, to the extent permitted by Ghana law and the written order terms. Any deposit condition must be explained before payment. No deposit amount, cancellation charge or delivery date is established by this website.

When cancellation or a refund is required

The non-refundable deposit policy does not override a mandatory cancellation period, refund entitlement or other consumer protection. Applicable rights, including remedies for non-delivery or goods that do not conform to the agreement, remain available. A refund required by law will be handled in accordance with that law; a website term or signed order cannot remove a right that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, delays and contacting the seller

If you want to amend or cancel an order, contact the seller named in your paperwork promptly and ask for a written response. If a vehicle becomes unavailable or its specification or delivery arrangements change, ask the seller to explain the available options and any applicable refund rights before agreeing to a replacement.

The Ghana team can help direct your request at info@cfmotoghana.com. Include your name, order reference and the reason for contacting us. Do not send card details or online banking credentials.
